Job summary

MICE DESK, a hospitality-tech platform, seeks a Sales professional to close deals internationally. You will run demos in English, analyze client needs, and develop business cases for global customers.

The role involves building references, expanding markets, and collaborating with the Sales Manager - New Business. Ideally you bring hospitality or SaaS sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Hospitality background with hands-on experience of PMS/CRM/event tools, or a sales background in enterprise SaaS.
• Strong demo and negotiation skills and entrepreneurial composure.
• Business-fluent English as working language; additional market language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Close deals in new markets in collaboration with the local Sales Manager, using a market-builder mentality.
• Run demos, mostly in English, with local support as needed.
• Own needs analysis, consultation, and business-case development for international customers.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients across markets.
• Build reference customers and case studies in each market.
• Develop new markets and partnerships with Sales Manager - New Business.
• Feed market signals back to Sales, Marketing, and Product.
