Haemonetics seeks a strategic Director, Global Healthcare Economics & Reimbursement Strategy to advance value-based selling across the hospital business (BMT and IVT). This hybrid role is based in Boston and partners with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional teams to articulate clinical and economic value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, MPH, MHA, or related field)
• Experience in healthcare economics, reimbursement, or market access with health-economic evidence and ROI tools
• Proven ability to support large, complex deals with cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Build health-system economic models and ROI frameworks for large-scale deals (IDNs, government authorities)
• Design and oversee cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and total cost of care analyses
• Partner with Clinical Research and Medical Affairs for real-world evidence and outcomes endpoints
• Develop payer-facing value narratives and tools to enable market access and policy impact
• Train and enable the sales organization on economic value storytelling and KPI-driven messaging
