Job summary

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Heavy Maintenance Operations Leader to join our Customer Engineering Support department in Herndon, Virginia. You will oversee the heavy maintenance structure repair dossiers across the Airbus fleet and ensure timely technical support to our worldwide airline customers.

This role reports to the regional Heavy Maintenance Program Manager and the Head of Structure Repair Excellence, requires 6+ years of engineering experience, travel up to 10%, and US work

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent with airline/MRO experience.
• 6+ years in engineering/technical roles in airline/OEM/MRO.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically/internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead global prioritization of heavy maintenance structure repair dossiers.
• Coordinate with worldwide HM teams and SBCA Global operations.
• Ensure RTS targets and on-time problem resolution.
• Report to regional HM Program Manager and SBCA leadership.
