Job summary

Global Crossing Airlines seeks an experienced supervisor to manage installation, repair, and upkeep operations of our facilities. You will plan repairs, maintain machinery, and uphold maintenance procedures per the GMM, while coordinating with Aircraft Maintenance Technicians as needed.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years Airbus maintenance experience, and a solid grasp of electrical systems and TRAX.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, facility management or similar.
• Minimum 5 years' Airbus maintenance experience.
• Previous supervisor experience is a bonus.
• Hold a current Airframe and Powerplant Certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
• Set manpower schedules to assure flight line coverage.
• Maintain all machinery to ensure it's at working standards.
• Track and reinforce maintenance procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
• Plan and manage all Work Orders, repair and aircraft activities.
• Ensure all personnel adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance planning.
• Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary.
• Assist on the line with Aircraft Maintenance Technicians as needed.
• Paperwork reviews and Log page and Work package Corrections
• Maintain MEL and DMI items and track progress.
