Job summary

Aquent is seeking an experienced Senior Project/Account Manager to join our healthcare advertising team in South San Francisco. You will translate brand requests into precise briefs and timelines, oversee multiple projects, and ensure compliance through MLR and Veeva Vault PromoMats.

You will collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Designers across channels, proactively manage risks, and drive improvements to studio workflows in a fast-paced, global health-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated project management or account management experience in healthcare/pharma advertising agency settings.
• Experience managing pharmaceutical promotional materials through MLR review processes.
• Familiarity with FDA/OPDP regulatory guidelines for branded/unbranded content.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to direct Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Designers with clear guidance.
• Strong written/verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Translate requests from brand teams into precise briefs, timelines, and resourcing plans.
• Oversee daily production workflow across multiple projects and channels, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage project status, priorities, and resource capacity for maximum productivity.
• Act as the primary operational liaison for brand marketers and studio leadership.
• Coordinate submissions for MLR review and track cycles through final approval.
• Route final assets through Veeva Vault PromoMats for compliance and accessibility.
• Identify and mitigate risks to prevent schedule or scope impacts.
• Contribute to process improvements in studio workflows and reporting templates.
