Job summary

The Milken Institute’s MI Health International seeks a Senior Director to drive global health initiatives. The role leads international strategy, develops programs, funds partnerships, and represents MI Health at global events. Requires senior leadership experience and extensive international network.

Hybrid work, with travel required to manage international stakeholders and programs, in alignment with MI Health’s mission to advance whole-person health globally.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health-related field (e.g., PhD, MD, or MPH).
• 15–20 years’ international leadership, strategy, and business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement international strategy for MI Health International.
• Identify and lead international research programs and projects across diverse country contexts.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with international organizations, governments, and industry.
• Develop fundraising strategies to support international programs.
