Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Global Health Program Operations Consultant to support the U.S. Department of State portfolio, contributing to planning, implementation, and improvement of global health programs and initiatives.

The ideal candidate is analytical and organized, with an interest in global health, foreign assistance, or management consulting, and willing to travel up to 10%. An active Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, government, global health, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution across program management, financial management, grants, data and analytics, technology modernization, and operations.
• Track project plans, action items, risks, issues, and status updates to keep work on track.
• Analyze financial, performance, and other information to identify insights and support decision-making.
• Develop client-ready presentations, analyses, dashboards, SOPs, and other deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and support meetings, decisions, and follow-up activities.
• Support process improvement, change initiatives, and implementation of new ways of working.
• Use Excel, reporting platforms, automation, and AI tools to analyze data and improve processes and reporting.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to quality, detail, and deadlines.
