Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Global Health Program Operations Senior Consultant to support the U.S. Department of State portfolio, contributing to planning, implementation, and improvement of global health programs. You will lead and collaborate with stakeholders, manage projects, analyze data, and develop executive-ready analyses and dashboards.

• Manage projects, workplans, risks, and deliverables to keep work on track.
• Analyze financial, performance, and other information to identify insights and develop recommendations that support decision-making.
• Develop clear, executive-ready presentations, analyses, dashboards, recommendations, SOPs, and other decision-support materials.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and working sessions, coordinate inputs, and drive decisions and follow-up activities.

What You Will Do

As a Global Health Program Operations Senior Consultant supporting Guidehouse’s U.S. Department of State portfolio, you will contribute to the planning, implementation, and improvement of global health programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate is an analytical, organized, and technology-savvy professional with experience in global health, foreign assistance, government, or management consulting. You will work across a diverse portfolio of initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to manage projects, analyze complex information, develop recommendations, and deliver high-quality client solutions. The ideal candidate will bring experience in one or more areas: data analysis and reporting, project and program management, process improvement, or business and technology transformation.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Lead and support planning and execution across program and financial operations, grants, data and reporting, technology modernization, and business transformation.
• Manage projects, workplans, risks, and deliverables to keep work on track.
• Analyze financial, performance, and other information to identify insights and develop recommendations that support decision-making.
• Develop clear, executive-ready presentations, analyses, dashboards, recommendations, SOPs, and other decision-support materials.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and working sessions, coordinate inputs, and drive decisions and follow-up activities.
• Assess business processes and operational challenges and develop recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and ways of working.
• Use data, reporting platforms, automation, AI, and other technologies to improve analysis, reporting, processes, and operations.
• Work across business and technical teams to define needs and support technology-enabled solutions.
• Independently manage multiple priorities and deliverables while maintaining attention to quality, detail, and deadlines.

What You Will Need

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• FOUR (4) or more years of professional experience in consulting, government, global health, international development, program management, business transformation, or a related field.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Experience supporting the U.S. Department of State, USAID, foreign assistance, or global health programs.
• PMP, change management, Lean Six Sigma, or similar professional certification relevant to the role.
• Experience supporting business transformation, organizational effectiveness, technology modernization, or change initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI solutions, data visualization, automation, or collaboration tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: data analysis and reporting, project and program management, process improvement, or business and technology transformation.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience independently managing projects, workstreams, or major deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate discussions and work collaboratively.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including experience working with datasets and developing analyses or reporting.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
