Guidehouse is seeking a Global Health Program Operations Consultant to support the U.S. Department of State portfolio in the US.

You will contribute to planning, implementation, and improvement of global health programs, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering data-driven analyses and client-ready deliverables. The role requires analytical, organized professionals with interest in global health, foreign assistance, or management consulting, and an ACTIVE SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of consulting, government, global health, international development, program management, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution across program management, financial management, grants, data and analytics, technology modernization, and operations.
• Track project plans, action items, risks, issues, and status updates.
• Analyze financial, performance, and other information to identify insights for decision-making.
• Develop client-ready presentations, analyses, dashboards, SOPs, and other deliverables.

## Global Health Program Operations ConsultantApply: US - VA, McLean: US - DC, Washington: Full time: Posted Today: 44757**Job Family:**Management Consulting**Travel Required:**Up to 10%**Clearance Required:**Active Secret**What You Will Do:**As a Global Health Program Operations Consultant supporting Guidehouse’s U.S. Department of State portfolio, you will contribute to the planning, implementation, and improvement of global health programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate is an analytical and organized professional with an interest in global health, foreign assistance, or management consulting. You will work across a diverse portfolio of initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to support program execution, analyze information, coordinate activities, and develop high-quality client deliverables.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Support planning and execution across program management, financial management, grants, data and analytics, technology modernization, and operations.* Track project plans, action items, risks, issues, and status updates to keep work on track.* Analyze financial, performance, and other information to identify insights and support decision-making.* Develop client-ready presentations, analyses, dashboards, SOPs, and other deliverables.* Coordinate with stakeholders and support meetings, decisions, and follow-up activities.* Support process improvement, change initiatives, and implementation of new ways of working.* Use Excel, reporting platforms, automation, and AI tools to analyze data and improve processes and reporting.* Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to quality, detail, and deadlines.**What You Will Need:** * An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED \"SECRET\" Federal or DoD security clearance* Bachelor's degree* TWO (2) or more years of professional experience in consulting, government, global health, international development, program management, or a related field. **What Would Be Nice To Have:** * Experience supporting the U.S. Department of State, USAID, foreign assistance, or global health programs.* Experience in federal consulting or a government-facing professional services environment.* Familiarity with AI solutions, data visualization, automation, or collaboration tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, or similar platforms.* Strong project coordination and organizational skills.* Strong analytical skills.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.* Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and related tools.The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00.
