Job summary

The Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids seeks a Program Manager to support the Health Systems Strengthening unit, leading the Drowning Prevention program and CSO Budget Advocacy Accelerator. Based in Washington, DC, the role emphasizes donor coordination, budget management, and cross-team collaboration to advance global health initiatives.

You will work in a hybrid model, with two days in the office, and interact with partners across multiple countries to deliver impact and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in public policy, international development, or related field.
  • 3+ years in program management, grants management, or public health advocacy.
  • Experience with donor relationships and donor reporting cycles is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support Drowning Prevention program with budget coordination and reporting.
  • Manage RFP process and donor communications for CSO Accelerator.
  • Draft and oversee monthly, semi-annual, and annual funder reports.
  • Coordinate with finance for budget development and tracking.
  • Liaise with grants, contracts, and admin teams to issue grants and invoices.
  • Organize travel and events for the Drowning Prevention team.
