Job summary

Jhpiego is seeking a Sr. Program Finance Manager to oversee complex financial and contractual activities across multiple programs. You will provide financial guidance to program staff, ensure donor compliance, and lead budgeting, reporting and close-out processes.

Reporting to the Program Finance Director, you will build capacity, mentor staff, and coordinate with country offices to align resources with funding. This role requires travel to field sites and strong US GAAP/IFRS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of experience in financial management.
• Experience managing budgets >$15M/year.
• Supervisory, coaching and training experience.
• Field experience in developing countries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly specialized guidance on proposal budgets and costs.
• Develop financial processes and procedures for supported areas.
• Monitor/sub-recipient invoices and expenditures; ensure compliance.
• Lead financial activities for project start-up, implementation and close-out.
