Job summary

Corus International is seeking a Program Manager, LHA and MIHR to join the MOMENTUM team in Washington, DC. This hybrid role requires coordinating across country offices and ensuring donor compliance on USG-funded Lifesaving Health Assistance and MIHR projects.

You will lead program management activities, support recruitment and onboarding, manage budgets and subawards, and collaborate with HQ teams to deliver high-quality reports and maintain data integrity across Smartsheets and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant international development or global health experience.
• Experience in multicultural, multilingual environments and with diverse partners.
• Strong knowledge of USG funding mechanisms and donor reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage project cycle best practices per LHA/MIHR policies.
• Coordinate startup processes including staffing and handover between teams.
• Monitor country-level program implementation and report progress.
• Ensure donor compliance in procurement, budgets, and amendments.
• Develop deadlines and workflows for new awards and projects.
• Oversee grant funds and subaward financial performance.
• Liaise with Grants and Compliance on sub-recipient management.
