Qualifications

• Design, develop, and update training materials, curricula, and learning products for global border health capacity.
• Translate technical guidance into clear, learner-centered materials for diverse audiences.
• Develop instructor-led, virtual, hybrid, and eLearning materials for varied learning environments.
• Adapt content to country-specific systems, risks, and low-resource settings; support translation processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update training materials, curricula, and learning products that support global border health capacity building.
• Translate technical guidance into clear, accessible, learner-centered training and educational products.
• Develop instructor-led, virtual, hybrid, and eLearning materials to support diverse learning environments.
• Develop job aids, toolkits, facilitator guides, performance support tools, and TOT materials.
• Adapt training content to country-specific public health systems, risks, and environments.
• Support translation processes and ensure materials are usable in low-resource settings.
• Incorporate case studies, simulations, and applied learning approaches.
• Develop evaluation tools and conduct knowledge assessments.
