Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Jersey City, NJ, seeks the Global Head of Wealth Data & Analytics Production Management to lead a globally distributed team responsible for Wealth Data platforms. You will drive a next‑generation production strategy, leveraging GenAI and automation to deliver resilient, scalable services for UHNW clients.

This senior role requires 10+ years in production/SRE or technology operations, proven leadership across time zones, and deep knowledge of data solutions and wealth workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry-relevant experience in Production Management, SRE, or Technology Operations within a global financial services environment.
• Proven leadership of large, globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• GenAI, ML, or automation to optimize operational processes; prompt engineering knowledge.
• Deep understanding of enterprise data solutions, analytics platforms, and wealth workflows.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, middleware, and cloud-native environments (AWS/OpenShift).
• Executive communication and stakeholder management across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Strategic AI & Automation Leadership: drive proactive support using GenAI and automation.
• Operational Stability & Resiliency: maintain platform stability and lead major incident recovery.
• Executive Stakeholder Partnership: align production priorities with business growth.
• Technical & SRE Modernization: advance monitoring, observability, capacity planning, DR frameworks.
• Change Governance: enforce standards for production readiness and changes.
• Workload & Performance Optimization: analyze workloads and optimize SLA/KPI frameworks.
• Global Talent & Culture Development: lead up to 80 staff across regions.
• Financial & Vendor Stewardship: manage budget and vendor relationships.
