Job summary

PATH's Center for Vaccine Innovation and Access seeks a Global Head of Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) and Non-clinical Toxicology to lead CMC/NT activities, guide process development, analytics, and regulatory submissions across vaccine projects. The role oversees a team, manages partnerships, and shapes PATH's global manufacturing strategy.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in vaccines, a Ph.D. or MS in a related field, and strong leadership with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of vaccine or biologics industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated senior management capacity to lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership for CMC and NT activities.
• Oversee regulatory submissions support (eCTD Modules 2.3 and 3).
• Lead collaboration with project teams, partners, and vendors.
• Develop cross-disciplinary tactics and enable exceptional execution.
