Job summary

PATH's CVIA is seeking a Global Head of Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) and Non-clinical Toxicology to lead CMC/NT activities, ensure compliance with WHO GMP/GLP, and drive cross-functional collaboration across vaccine development programs. The role requires senior leadership and substantial experience in vaccine manufacturing and regulatory readiness.

The position offers a hybrid/remote work model within PATH’s U.S. offices, with global responsibilities and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in vaccine/biologics industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for CMC and NT activities across project teams and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Offer strategic guidance on process development, analytics, formulation, fill, and manufacturing needs.
• Oversee technical due diligence, regulatory submissions, and cross-functional collaboration for CVIA projects.
• Lead CMC teams and contribute to partner identification for tech transfer to LMICs.
