Job summary

PATH offers a hybrid work model in the US with a competitive salary ($320k–$380k) and generous benefits. The role reports to CVIA leadership and collaborates with global partners to advance vaccine candidates from development to delivery.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years in vaccine or biologics industry.
• PhD or master’s in chemistry or related field.
• Experience in method, equipment and process validation in a cGMP environment.
• Experience with LMIC manufacturers or tech transfer.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
• Legal authorization to work in PATH location.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across CMC and NT activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Offer strategic guidance on process development, analytics, formulation, filling and device needs.
• Review reports for partners and donors, identifying risks and mitigations.
• Support regulatory submissions, including CMC content and documentation.
• Collaborate with partners to oversee manufacturing facilities and quality control.
• Develop and enforce CMC/NT norms and standards for project support.
