The role drives strategy, leads internal analytics, and partners with R&D, Medical Affairs, and Vendor Alliance to ensure evidence-driven site and country strategies and robust protocol operability reviews.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of global clinical development experience.
• Demonstrated ability to challenge and validate CRO enrollment assumptions in outsourced models.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Define sponsor-side evidence standards for CRO feasibility packages and assessments.
• Independently assess enrollment rates, startup timelines, and country allocation logic.
• Lead structured challenge sessions with CRO partners; endorse projections before governance.
