Syneos Health in the United States is seeking a Global Trials Optimization Specialist to support feasibility, enrollment strategy, and in-life trial optimization across global studies in multiple therapeutic areas. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration with trial teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility assessments, recruitment planning, enrollment strategy.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret data for decision-making.
• Experience managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate with study teams, vendors, legal partners, analytics groups and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present reports and plans.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple studies and competing priorities while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Program Feasibility and Trial Optimization: gather data and modeling inputs for feasibility and optimization planning.
• Support program review development and escalation of requirements as needed.
• Plan timelines for validation, deliverable development and country validation requests.
• Support validation and allocation committee activities with scenario planning and updates.
• Author the initial Global Trials Optimization Report and maintain updates.
• Complete recruitment needs assessments and keep study ROI and GTO reports current.
