Job summary

Ontic in Creedmoor, NC seeks a Head of Supplier Performance and Capability to develop and lead a global supplier performance framework. You will partner with site supply chains to address recovery, risk, and capability gaps, driving enterprise-wide improvements in supplier performance and continuity.

You will establish governance, metrics, and tools across multiple locations, and lead cross-site interventions to ensure alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive experience within Supply Chain, Procurement, Supplier Management, or Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of supplier performance management and risk management methodologies.
• Experience developing standardized processes, tools, metrics, and governance across multiple sites.
• Ability to translate complex supply chain data into business risks and action plans.
• Experience in matrixed, multi-site organizations with influence beyond direct reporting lines.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional improvement initiatives with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve global supplier performance tools, processes and governance.
• Establish a consistent global framework for supplier performance, recovery, risk assessment, and capacity.
• Identify capability gaps and develop tools, training, and improvement initiatives.
• Capture and share best practices across Ontic’s enterprise.
• Maintain enterprise-level view of supplier performance and emerging supply risks.
• Lead supplier recovery and performance improvement plans with site teams.
