Job summary

Ontic is seeking a Head of Supplier Performance and Capability to lead global supplier performance, risk management, and capability development across Ontic’s sites. The role focuses on establishing enterprise-level supplier governance, driving standardized tools, and coordinating cross-site interventions to improve delivery, continuity, and cost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Progressive experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Supplier Management, or Manufacturing.
• Experience managing complex supplier performance and delivery recovery.
• Strong understanding of supplier performance management and risk.
• Experience implementing standardized processes, tools, and governance.
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate to risks and actions.
• Experience in a matrixed, multi-site organization.
• Project management capability with multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to engage executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy common Supply Chain tools and processes globally.
• Establish a consistent global framework for supplier performance and risk.
• Identify capability gaps and develop tools and training.
• Capture and share Supply Chain best practices enterprise-wide.
• Maintain enterprise-level visibility of supplier performance and risks.
• Coordinate cross-site supplier interventions for multi-location suppliers.
• Establish metrics, escalation criteria, and governance routines.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and executive escalations.
