Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Executive Director to lead Product Development, Analytical Services & Direct Material procurement within PDS. You will drive the integration of Direct Materials into the product development and analytical services organization, delivering value across a $1B spend and partnering with senior stakeholders globally.

You will oversee governance, supplier relationships, and category strategy across multiple sub-categories, while leading a team of procurement professionals

Qualifications

• Experience leading procurement for Product Development, Analytical Services/Quality, and Direct Materials.
• Experience integrating a new category or team into an established organization.
• Knowledge of GMP procurement and global supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of Direct Materials Procurement into the combined Product Development & Analytical Services organization.
• Establish governance, category management routines, and reporting standards across sub-functions.
• Drive cost reduction, risk management, and supplier performance across categories.
• Mentor and develop a distributed procurement team across global sites.
