Job summary

Databricks in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Global Workplace Services, Food & Beverage Lead to design and execute our culinary program across a global footprint. This in-office role focuses on strategy, vendor governance, and scalable restaurant concepts to foster culture and employee wellness.

You will partner with internal teams across facilities, HR, IT, and operations, manage the F&B budget, ensure safety and sustainability, and drive data-driven decisions to optimize services at scale.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of senior hospitality management experience leading large-scale corporate dining programs for enterprise tech companies or high-volume multi-site hospitality environments.
• Expertise in managing large P&Ls and complex vendor contracts across different regions and regulatory environments.
• Strong background in planning commercial food and beverage environments within offices to support our programming.
• Deep knowledge of food safety, culinary trends, dietary diversity, and corporate sustainability practices.

Responsibilities

• Define global F&B strategy and roadmap for all touchpoints.
• Oversee vendor governance and IFM partnerships globally.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless daily operations.
