You will shape strategy, manage vendor relationships, and drive data-driven improvements for cafes, micro-kitchens, and executive dining. The role requires 8–12+ years in senior hospitality management, strong P&L ownership, and a track record of delivering high-volume, high-touch services in enterprise tech environments.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of senior hospitality management experience leading large-scale corporate dining programs for enterprise tech companies or high-volume multi-site hospitality environments.
• Expertise in managing large P&Ls and complex vendor contracts across different regions and regulatory environments.
• Strong background in planning commercial food and beverage environments within offices to support programming.
• Deep knowledge of food safety, culinary trends, dietary diversity, and corporate sustainability practices.
• Demonstrated capacity to independently manage complex logistical operations with concurrent execution timelines.
• Experience managing high-volume food service operations with daily executive visibility.
• Great communication skills and the ability to draft robust communications plans for events, programs, and operations.
• Proven organizational skills, managing multiple work streams and projects.
• Customer focused attitude - ensuring consistently high quality resolutions.
• Experience with procurement, contract management and vendor management.
• Experience with google suite.
• Experience with fresh service and asana programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the global F&B strategy across all cafes, micro-kitchens, catering, and dining venues.
• Lead contract negotiations and governance with IFM and dining vendors.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee the global F&B budget, cost-per-head controls, and forecasting.
• Enforce food safety compliance and drive sustainability goals.
• Use data to optimize programs for attendance, waste reduction, and efficiency.
• Partner with Real Estate, Design/Build, and workplace teams on kitchen layouts and expansions.
• Mentor workplace specialists and outsourced teams on best-in-class experiences.
• Develop global playbooks and SLAs to standardize operations across regions.
• Utilize tools and platforms to drive process improvements and analytics.
