Giga Energy Inc. is seeking a Head of Corporate IT to lead technology services for our global workforce. You will own workforce identity and access, endpoints, SaaS apps, collaboration tools, and vendor management while building a hands-on, high-performing team.

Based in Houston or Austin, you will establish clear ownership, service standards, and controls to speed work, improve reliability, and ensure audit-ready evidence across regions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ownership of multiple enterprise technology domains (identity, endpoints, SaaS).
• Track record of auditable technology controls.
• Technical depth across SSO, SCIM, MFA, device management, networking, and security.
• Experience leading hands-on IT or Digital Ops professionals and external partners.
• Experience leading distributed services across countries/time zones with strong written comms.

Responsabilités

• Own reliability, security, and employee experience of workforce identity, endpoints, and SaaS.
• Establish measurable service model with ownership, intake, escalation, and reporting.
• Set global technology standards and coordinate execution across US, China, India.
• Build onboarding/offboarding processes with People, Security, and app owners.
• Lead corporate IT function and reduce key-person dependencies via documentation and automation.
• Manage vendors, contracts, renewals, spend, and exit plans.
• Own SOC 2 controls and audit evidence.
• Turn recurring issues into documented fixes and self-service.
