Grade Level (for internal use): 15
The Private Markets Technology team builds and operates the platforms that support critical workflows across Private Equity and Private Credit.
We are looking for a hands‑on technology leader to own the engineering, architecture, delivery, and operational performance of our Private Markets technology platforms, while driving their transformation into modern, AI‑native products.
This is a practitioner leadership role, not a traditional technology management or architecture position. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable writing code and prototyping solutions, working directly with engineering teams, shaping technology strategy, and driving complex organizational delivery.
The role requires strong Private Markets domain knowledge, deep engineering expertise, and the ability to challenge existing technology, data models, and operating practices to deliver meaningful transformation.
We want a leader who builds, not just directs.
Someone who can open an IDE, write code, develop an agent, solve an architectural problem, and work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with engineers, while owning the broader technology organization, delivery, and production outcomes.
The successful candidate will combine the accountability of a CIO, the technical depth of a senior engineering leader, and the entrepreneurial mindset required to fundamentally transform how Private Markets technology is built and delivered.
