Job summary

LEONI, a global provider in energy and data management for automotive mobility, seeks a Head of COO Supply Chain Solutions to drive strategy, transformation, and operational excellence across end-to-end supply chain systems.

You will lead a global organization, define a technology strategy aligned with business priorities, and partner with COO and Supply Chain leadership to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in IT, digital transformation, or supply chain technology within global organizations.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programs (ERP/SAP S/4HANA) and change management.
• Deep domain expertise across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and S&OP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a global Supply Chain Solutions organization with cross-regional alignment.
• Define and execute end-to-end supply chain technology strategy.
• Own, modernize, and optimize the global application portfolio across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing operations.
• Drive large-scale transformation programs (ERP/SAP S/4HANA) and process standardization.
• Oversee budgets, vendors, and external service providers to deliver measurable value.
• Ensure governance, data governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
