Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics, based in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a strategic sourcing leader to develop and execute a global sourcing strategy in alignment with corporate objectives. You will advise executive leadership on supplier strategy, risk management, and sourcing transformation.

The role leads enterprise third-party risk management, drives digital/AI-enabled sourcing, and shapes a high-performing global organization through category management, negotiations, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
• 15+ years progressive leadership in strategic sourcing/procurement/supply chain; biopharma experience highly desired.
• CPSM or MCIPS desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global strategic sourcing strategy aligned to objectives.
• Advise executive leadership on supplier strategy, risk management, and sourcing transformation.
• Lead enterprise third-party risk management across the lifecycle.
