Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Supply Chain Sourcing Strategy and Innovation to develop scalable, compliant sourcing solutions for global clinical trials in biopharma. You will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, optimize vendor ecosystems, and partner with Digital/Tech teams to deploy AI-enabled solutions.

The role requires 6+ years in pharma/biotech supply chain, strong GxP/regulatory knowledge, and experience leading cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech supply chain, sourcing or procurement.
• Strong understanding of global clinical trial operations and regulatory requirements (GxP).
• Experience leading complex initiatives in matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic drug sourcing initiatives and optimize vendor ecosystems.
• Drive process standardization and operational scalability.
• Partner with Digital/Tech teams to implement AI-enabled sourcing solutions.
