Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise people strategy aligned with business priorities and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee HR operations, service delivery, and global governance for scalable HR services.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen leadership capability, succession readiness, and enterprise thinking.
• Develop and implement employee communications and engagement strategies for culture and transparency.
• Provide actionable workforce insights through metrics and analytics and ensure regulatory compliance.
