Reporting to the CEO, this role advises the executive team and collaborates with the Compensation Committee to align talent with business priorities. The SVP, HR directs organizational design, total rewards, and HR operations across geographies, overseeing acquisitions, development, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in HR, 8+ years in leadership, global HR experience.
• Experience with life sciences or biotech sectors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of global employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Translate long-term strategy into a global people strategy.
• Lead organizational design and workforce planning across global operations.
• Oversee HR operations and compliance across regions.
