Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in complex global organizations.
• Experience leading people strategy across globally distributed teams and multiple entities.
• Experience in organizational design, leadership development, talent strategy and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead global People & Culture strategy to enable organizational performance and sustainable growth.
• Oversee talent development, performance management, and total rewards globally.
• Drive policies, processes, and HR technology modernization with AI-enabled solutions.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and employee relations across jurisdictions.
