Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HRBP or senior advisory role.
• Experience partnering with executives and senior leadership teams.
• Strong project management skills with multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Balance tactical execution with strategic planning.
• Skilled in change management, organizational development, and leadership capability.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to executives on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Lead cross-functional P&C initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
• Collaborate with centers of excellence to deliver P&C solutions.
• Liaise with People Team leaders across NA, EMEA and APAC.
• Champion culture, inclusion, and employee experience.
• Influence senior leaders with data-driven insights.
