The role leads a globally distributed team and shapes strategy into measurable outcomes, spanning Investments, Institutional, Client Coverage, Finance, Technology, Data and corporate functions.

Proven ability to translate enterprise priorities into operating plans and measurable outcomes.
Experience leading large, global teams with cross-functional influence.
Strong knowledge of investment management, finance, data and technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

Partner with the COO to set strategic and operational objectives and track performance against KPIs.
Lead governance, budgeting, dashboarding and executive reporting for the COO organization.
Drive process improvements and organizational optimization initiatives.
Oversee Finance Technology strategy, architecture, and vendor relationships.
Coordinate cross-functional programs across Investments, Finance, Technology, Data and operations.
