Job summary

Quest Industrial, with production locations in Middleton and Monroe, WI, seeks a Director of Operations to lead strategic planning and day-to-day manufacturing across multiple facilities. You will own the operational P&L, manage the production schedule, and drive continuous improvement in productivity, cost, and quality.

You will oversee assembly, fabrication, and materials groups, develop the operations team, and partner with engineering and supply chain to resolve issues while maintaining high

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of manufacturing experience.
• 5 years of management experience.
• Experience in capital equipment manufacturing.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a high-performing operations team.
• Oversee day-to-day production across multiple facilities.
• Coordinate assembly, fabrication and materials groups.
• Ensure on-time delivery and efficient use of resources.
• Monitor productivity, costs, and quality.
• Maintain equipment knowledge to support decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain to resolve issues.
• Develop long- and short-range operational plans and budgets.
