- 10+ years in business publishing/editorial leadership in a professional services or business publication
- Experience managing a team and collaborating across functions
- Ability to define portfolio strategy using audience analytics and platforms
- Strong understanding of global business trends and multiple industries
- Proficiency with content standards, voice, and editorial governance
- Experience with multimedia publishing workflows and analytics tools
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of content creators including podcasts and video professionals
- Oversee development and publication of multimedia content across McKinsey platforms
- Shape structure, production, distribution, and governance of content
- Review and edit content for voice, tone, and alignment with firm guidelines
- Own portfolio direction and YouTube strategy to optimize audience growth
