Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business publishing and editing, including digital publishing, preferably for an English-language business publication or professional-services firm with clear spike in translating complex data and research insights into compelling visual storytelling

Responsibilities

• Oversee multimedia portfolio (podcasts, video) and channels across McKinsey’s ecosystem
• Directly manage a team of content creators and coordinate production with editors and subject-matter experts
• Develop audience-development strategy using analytics to grow engagement and distribution across platforms
• Review and edit content to ensure voice, tone, and style align with firm guidelines
• Define workflows, governance, editorial standards, and KPIs for multimedia operations
• Rationalize portfolio to focus on high-impact series with clearer audience pathways
• Lead execution of a deliberate YouTube strategy and optimize the firm’s channel prioritization
• Leverage analytics to inform programming, growth, and portfolio decisions
