International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) is seeking a Head of Internal Audit to lead the global function from our New York HQ. You will set the risk-based audit strategy, oversee SOX compliance, and advise executive leadership and the Audit Committee on control effectiveness.

You will build a high-performing, cross-functional audit team, drive continuous improvement, and promote an ethics-driven culture across the organization while partnering with Legal, Finance, and Compliance to strengthen

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Related field.
• Minimum 15 years experience across audit, accounting, risk management, compliance, or related disciplines.
• At least 10 years in senior audit leadership roles.
• Experience leading a global internal audit function within a publicly traded company.
• Deep knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404, SEC reporting environment, ERM, internal controls, and governance.
