Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 15+ years progressive experience in audit, accounting, risk management, compliance, or related disciplines.
• At least 10 years in senior audit leadership roles.
• Experience leading a global internal audit function within a publicly traded company.
• Deep knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404, SEC reporting environment, ERM, internal controls, governance.
• Familiarity with IIA Global Internal Audit Standards and practices.
• Experience applying data analytics, automation, and audit technology to strengthen coverage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global internal audit function reporting to the Audit Committee and CFO.
• Develop and execute a risk-based global audit plan across financial, operational, technology, cybersecurity, compliance, and strategy.
• Oversee SOX 404 compliance program and control effectiveness.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support investigations with Legal and Compliance.
• Drive analytics, automation, and AI-enabled auditing.
• Build and lead a high-performing, globally connected audit team.
