Job summary

Crown Bioscience seeks a Global VP of In Vitro Scientific Operations to lead our worldwide in vitro programs across the US, APAC, and Europe. You will drive scientific excellence, standardize workflows, and deliver decision-enabling data for oncology and immunology drug discovery.

You will oversee multi-site teams, platform expansion, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality data and client satisfaction in a fast-paced CRO environment.

Qualifications

• PhD in cancer biology, immunology, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in oncology/immunology preclinical research.
• 7+ years leading scientific teams across multiple global sites.
• Extensive CRO operations experience with data delivery to clients.
• In-depth experience with in vitro assay platforms, imaging-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead global in vitro scientific operations across Crown's sites.
• Standardize workflows, SOPs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee study design support, resource planning, execution, QC, and reporting.
• Develop and expand platforms, automation, and translational assays.
• Engage clients, support business development with scientific storytelling.
• Mentor teams, manage budgets, headcount, and capacity.
