Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare technology, diagnostics, digital health, software, medical devices, or healthcare IT.
• Proven experience leading strategic partnerships, alliances, channel programs, and ecosystem development.
• Significant experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate development, venture investments, or strategic portfolio expansion.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute global growth strategy for Digital Health Solutions through partnerships, channels, investments, licensing and acquisitions.
• Identify new revenue streams and business models to increase recurring digital revenue.
• Lead acquisition identification, evaluation, and integration with due diligence and business cases.
• Define Abbott's global partnership strategy and manage ecosystem relationships.
• Own go-to-market strategy for digital health partnerships and drive co-sell initiatives.
• Engage healthcare executives and system leaders to understand market needs and opportunities.
