Job summary

State Street is seeking a Managing Director, Head of Data Product & Governance to lead certified data products for the CFO organization and stakeholders across Treasury, Financial Risk and Sustainability. The role drives the One Data Foundation, embedding governance by design and using AI/automation to modernize delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in large financial services.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Treasury processes.
• Proven governance knowledge: CDEs, definitions, ownership, lineage, data-quality rules.
• Proven delivery of enterprise data products for multiple processes.
• Executive communication, judgement and change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Finance data product strategy and roadmap.
• Advance One Data Foundation through centralized capture and data reuse.
• Embed governance standards into the product lifecycle.
• Translate requirements into scalable data products across Finance, Treasury and Risk.
• Lead a global US/India team to align priorities and outcomes.
