State Street Corporation in Boston seeks a Managing Director, Head of Data Product & Governance to lead certified, reusable data products for the CFO organization and stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Financial Risk and Sustainability.

The role will advance the One Data Foundation by centralizing data, embedding governance by design, and driving Agile delivery with AI/automation. Manage a global US-India team and align across enterprise data teams.

Formación

• Significant leadership experience across Finance, Treasury, data products, governance or Finance transformation in a large financial-services organization.
• Strong knowledge of finance and treasury processes, including accounting, reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory and control expectations into sustainable execution and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the data product strategy and roadmap across Finance, Treasury and Risk.
• Embed governance by design into data product lifecycle, including CDEs, lineage, and data-quality rules.
• Lead a global US and India team to deliver scalable data products and transformations.
• Balance innovation with regulatory and risk controls while driving agile delivery.
