Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Global Head of Customer Operations Strategy & Business Operations to partner with the SVP, Global Customer Operations. This role leads enterprise planning, executive cadence, and strategic programs, while driving AI and automation initiatives across regions and business units.

The position requires seasoned leadership in customer operations, strong financial acumen, and the ability to influence senior leaders across a global matrix.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in customer/operational strategy and multi-region delivery.
• Demonstrated success as a Chief of Staff, strategy, or senior operations partner.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and business case development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare briefings and recommendations for the SVP on key engagements.
• Develop board-level and executive materials to simplify complex operations.
• Lead enterprise planning, capacity planning, and governance across regions and units.
• Integrate AI/automation priorities into operating plans and workforce planning.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and regional leaders on talent actions and org design.
• Establish governance with shared services and maintain senior leadership cadence.
