Responsibilities

• Prepare SVP for key engagements with concise briefings and follow‑ups.
• Shape board‑level and C‑suite materials translating complexity into decision narratives.
• Partner with Finance on budgets, forecasts, and business cases.
• Lead strategic capacity planning across regions and business units.
• Govern workforce actions, redeployment, and cross‑skilling initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and regional leaders on org design and talent actions.
• Establish governance with shared services leadership and SVP.
• Maintain leadership cadence and action tracking across programs.
• Develop metrics and data‑driven reviews with business units.
