Job summary

nVent seeks a Senior Leader to govern customer data across functions, establishing standards and driving data as a product. You will lead domain governance, data quality, and enterprise-wide stewardship, while aligning data strategy with business objectives.

You will collaborate with MDM, privacy, and IT teams to ensure accurate lineage, tamper-proof controls, and secure, compliant data practices across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years progressive experience in data management, business analysis, or related roles.
• 5+ years direct experience with customer data, master data management, or data governance in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer data domain governance, hierarchies, segmentation, and relationship mapping across enterprise systems.
• Establish enterprise data standards and drive data quality improvements, accessibility, and value.
• Collaborate with MDM teams to define golden records, survivorship, and system integrations.
