Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and/or its equivalent; MBA highly preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years related experience in MBA jobs and advising.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint; CRM tools a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% of time; strong communication/writing skills.

Aufgaben

• Define advising goals and learning metrics for all graduate populations.
• Develop and manage the CMC Coaching Framework with staff and student leaders.
• Supervise a team delivering career education initiatives and advising services.
• Collaborate with Strategic Partnership on on-campus recruiting policies.
• Represent the office in meetings with faculty, deans, recruiters, and external partners.
