Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proof of ability to align enterprise communications with business growth and market priorities.
• Experience advising C-suite executives and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global corporate communications strategy aligned with mission and goals.
• Advise executive leadership on communications, reputation, media engagement, and crisis response.
• Lead internal communications to foster employee engagement and culture.
• Oversee external communications including PR, events, and ESG initiatives.
• Manage marketing infrastructure including the corporate website and related channels.
• Lead and grow a high-performing communications team with a focus on collaboration and accountability.
