Job summary

Opportunity Overview

The Head of Corporate Communications is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s global communications strategy to enhance brand reputation, drive employee engagement, and support business objectives.

This role oversees a team responsible for all aspects of corporate communications, including internal communications, external communications, and marketing infrastructure.

This role combines enterprise communications leadership with hands‑on ownership of the company’s corporate narrative, internal engagement strategy, external reputation, and communications infrastructure. Success requires a leader who can operate as a trusted advisor while also building the systems, team capability, and measurement discipline needed to scale communications globally.

Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Affairs, the Head of Corporate Communications will lead a high‑performing team and collaborate closely with executive leadership, marketing, human resources, legal, and investor relations to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all audiences and channels.

What You Will Do
  • Define and lead the global corporate communications strategy aligned with the company’s mission, values, and business goals.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on communications matters, including reputation management, media engagement, and crisis response.
  • Lead communications in a dynamic environment including strategic shifts, organizational and leadership transitions, and evolving market conditions. Help build understanding, alignment, and confidence across employees, investors, customers, and the broader market.
  • Lead internal communications to foster employee engagement, alignment, and culture through effective messaging and storytelling.
  • Lead both external industry and corporate communications including public relations, industry events, and ESG initiatives.
  • Oversee marketing infrastructure including the corporate website.
  • Maintain crisis communication plans and serve as a key leader during issues management and reputational risk scenarios.
  • Partner with Investor Relations and Legal to ensure alignment on financial communications and regulatory disclosures.
  • Leverage technology and AI to continuously evolve how work gets done and redefine the scope and impact of your role and the team.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing communications team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
All About You
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role, with a strong background in enterprise-level corporate communications, public relations, or related fields, ideally within B2B technology environments, including exposure to public company dynamics.
  • Proven ability to define and lead enterprise-level corporate narrative, positioning, and strategic communications aligned to business growth and market priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated experience advising C-suite executives and influencing senior stakeholders across complex, high-growth organizations.
  • Deep expertise in global media relations, reputation management, and proactive storytelling across multiple audiences and channels.
  • Strong understanding of public company communications, including regulatory considerations and financial communications alignment.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment internally and externally.
  • Proven leadership capability with experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Analytical and data-informed mindset, with experience measuring communications effectiveness and translating insights into action.
  • Strategic and creative thinker who can balance long-term vision with disciplined execution.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $ 147,000-$237,000 .This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
