Job summary

Aquatech International LLC is seeking a Director/Senior Director of Commercial Engineering to shape a global organization. You will establish standards, governance, and operating models while leading North American resources for Mobile Water and BOO ventures.

The role requires 12+ years in engineering/commercial leadership, strong proposal and risk management experience, and a track record of building scalable processes in industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of progressive engineering, commercial, project development, or technical leadership experience.
• Experience leading engineering or commercial organizations in industrial, infrastructure, or technology-driven businesses.
• Strong understanding of proposal development, commercial risk management, and business operations.
• Proven success developing organizational processes, governance frameworks, and scalable operating models.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a scalable global commercial engineering organization.
• Establish global standards, governance, and operating models for the function.
• Drive proposal quality, risk management, and formal review processes.
• Provide strategic leadership for North America commercial engineering resources supporting Mobile Water and BOO.
• Partner with executives to align capabilities with strategic business objectives.
• Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams.
